Potassium Perchlorate and Chemtrails
Active Sonar
Experiment
Navy 5-Year Warfare testing in CA includes many toxic chemicals including Potassium Perchlorate.
Warning!
Potassium Perchlorate
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Potassium perchlorate is the inorganic salt with the chemical formula KClO4. Like other perchlorates, this salt is a strong oxidizer and potentially reacts with many organic substances. This usually obtained as a colorless, crystalline solid is a common oxidizer used in fireworks, ammunition percussion caps, explosive primers, and is used variously in propellants, flash compositions, stars, and sparklers. It has been used as a solid rocket propellant, although in that application it has mostly been replaced by the higher performance ammonium perchlorate. KClO4 has the lowest solubility of the alkali metal perchlorates (1.5 g in 100 mL of water at 25 °C).[1]
In medicine
Potassium perchlorate can be used as an antithyroid agent used to treat hyperthyroidism, usually in combination with one other medication. This application exploits the similar ionic radii and hydrophilicity of perchlorate and iodide.

3.) HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION |
Emergency Overview: |
Danger! Strong Oxidizer. Contact with other material may cause fire. Harmful if swallowed, inhaled or absorbed through skin. Causes severe irritaiton to eyes, skin and respiratory tract. Affects kidneys and blood. |
Potential Health Effects: |
Inhalation: Causes irritation to the respiratory tract. Symptoms may include coughing, shortness of breath. High concentrations can cause pulmonary edema. Absorption through inhalation of dust can produce systemic effects paralleling those from ingestion exposure |
|
4.) FIRST AID MEASURES |
Inhalation: |
Move the exposed person to fresh air at once. Get medical attention if any discomfort continues |
Skin Contact: |
Wash skin with soap and water. Immediately remove contaminated clothing |
Eye Contact: |
Wash eyes with plenty of water while lifting the eye lids. Get medical attention promptly if symptoms occur after washing |
Ingestion Contact: |

U.S. Navy
The Atlantic, the Pacific & the Gulf of Mexico are all in harms way as the U.S. Navy, and in some cases the U.S. Air Force, have initiated multiple 5-Year Warfare testing on both land and in ocean areas. (The NWTRC map on the right is only one of the many ongoing or proposed warfare testing areas planned by the U.S. Navy.)
(Your coastal region, including island areas, may already have a draft envManganesemental impact statement online ready to be approved by the Navy and rubber-stamped by NOAA...Check the pdf files for information regarding your coastal region or state for public comment deadlines or EnvManganesemental Impact Statement current status. Find out if there is already an ongoing weapons and sonar testing program in your region that has been approved.)
Letter from several Senators including Senator Barbara Boxer to NOAA-June 17, 2009:
"...In many regions, the Navy plans to increase the number of its exercises or expand the areas in which they may occur, and virtually every coastal state will be affected. Some exercises may occur in the nation's most biologically sensitive marine habitats, including National Marine Sanctuaries and breeding habitat for the endangered North Atlantic right whale. In all, the Navy anticipates more than 2.3 million takes
(significant disruptions in marine mammal foraging, breeding, and other essential behaviors) per year, or 11.7
million takes over the course of a five-year permit..."
